Yoga at The Farm
Join Lizzie for children’s Yoga here at the Farm. 9:30am- 11:00am.
Adults can stay however you are more than welcome to drop the children off and spend time in our café.. bring your laptop, meet some friends!
Age-4-11 year olds Time- 9:30am-11:00am- please collect your children from the lodge at 11am Yoga poses, games, crafts and relaxation!
£20 per child includes entry into the farm and softplay after Lizzie is a qualified primary school teacher and has been working in the education sector since 2006. She is passionate about supporting children and their families with their mental health. Yoga with Lizzie is fun and engaging! The sessions encourage children to be active, focused and present. By enhancing the mind and body connection through yoga and mindful breathing, children leave the sessions with skills for life!
